Busy Day Dinner:
1 lb. sliced roast beef(from the local deli)
1 pkg. hoagie buns(wheat are the best)
1 pkg. Au Jus gravy mix
1 pkg frozen vegetables
1 pkg. salad greens


Prepare the package of au jus in a medium sauce pan, according to directions. Put the sliced roast beef into juice to heat up on low setting on your burner.
Turn your oven onto broil and place your hoagie buns opened and separately on a cookie sheet. Butter the hoagies and place into oven until just brown...about 1 min. Remove.
If you have a steamer...place your frozen vegetables into streamer for about 15 min. If you don't have a steamer, follow directions on package for cooking.
When everything is ready to serve remove roast beef from au jus and place on buns, put au jus into individual serving bowls for dipping your french dip sandwich. And serve it all at the dinner table.
Takes about 20 min for a delicious sit down meal with your family.
Serves 4
